<p>Job Summary Humano a third party warehouse provider is seeking Warehouse Supervisors for their site in Port Wentworth GA The supervisor will oversee warehouse operations and lead a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient workflow This full time position offers a Monday Friday schedule with options for 1st shift from 6am 4pm or 2nd shift from 6pm 4am Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel providing guidance and support for smooth operations Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to coordinate daily tasks and workflow Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment Allocate resources effectively to meet productivity targets and customer demands Train and onboard new team members ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Address any issues or concerns raised by team members promptly Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes continuously Qualifications Minimum of 6 months experience in a supervisory role within the warehouse industry Familiarity with overseeing employee production metrics and driving improvements Experience in a third party logistics 3PL environment is a plus or 1 year of warehouse experience Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of safety regulations and willingness to enforce them Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and clamp trucks is desirable Excellent organizational and problems solving abilities High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are beneficial Benefits Competitive pay of 25hr Medical dental and vision benefits provided Overtime opportunities and career growth within the company Paid time off and a 401k plan available Supportive team environment with a focus on employee well being To apply for this position please visit the Humano website at wwwhumanonethttpwwwhumanonet Humano is an equal opportunity employer and conducts pre employment background checks drug screens e Verify credit checks and other verifications</p>
