<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Solar Installer is responsible for supporting the installation of solar energy systems in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes. This role involves hands-on field work, collaboration with project teams, and adherence to quality and safety requirements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Install, secure, and align solar panels on rooftops, ground mounts, and other structures using appropriate hand and power tools </li><li>Assemble and mount racking systems, inverters, and related hardware per engineering drawings and design specifications </li><li>Ensure installations comply with NEC and applicable local electrical codes, even when electrical scope is limited </li><li>Perform basic electrical tasks as required, including equipment connections, grounding verification, and conduit inspection </li><li>Conduct site assessments to confirm proper layout, measurements, and placement of solar equipment </li><li>Follow all OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site </li><li>Collaborate with installation crews, project managers, and inspectors to support successful project execution </li><li>Document completed work and assist with quality checks, inspections, and punch-list items </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Basic electrical knowledge </li><li>Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively </li><li>Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols </li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Chouteau, OK.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $68.56 - $68.56/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
