Distinctive curricula in an international, culturally diverse supportive learning environment prepare graduates for life and leadership in an increasingly interconnected world.</p> <p>Position Description Summary/Purpose:</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Institutional Research, this position provides analytical and research support for institutional reporting, assessment, accreditation, and program evaluation. The role supports data-informed decision-making across the University through the preparation of reports, surveys, dashboards, and related analyses.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on enrollment, degrees awarded, student outcomes, and related institutional metrics for internal and external audiences. </li><li>Design, administer, and analyze surveys; synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports. </li><li>Respond to internal and external data requests in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Provide accreditation support, including data collection and validation, evidence management, audit reporting, and preparation of documentation aligned with accreditation standards. </li><li>Collect, aggregate, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support institutional planning and evaluation. </li><li>Maintain and update institutional profiles, dashboards, and standardized reporting resources. </li><li>Conduct data validation and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of institutional data. </li><li>Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data management, statistical analysis, assessment methodologies, and data visualization. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Ability and Skill:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization software. </li><li>Experience working with analytics-related programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, R, or Python). </li><li>Ability to write clear, concise reports and develop effective data visualizations. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. </li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. </li><li>Understanding of data confidentiality, ethical standards, and responsible data stewardship. </li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Commitment to the University's mission, vision, and values. </li></ul>
