<p>Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is seeking part-time Drop Count Associates to play a critical role in the casino's financial operations by accurately collecting, counting, and verifying gaming revenue from electronic machines and other gaming devices. This position requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and securely. THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION WITH A START TIME OF 1:45AM.</p> <ul> <li>Collect full money boxes from gaming machines. </li><li>Replace full boxes with empty boxes on gaming machines. </li><li>Transport full boxes to a secure location. </li><li>Ensure all machine doors and cart doors are properly secured. </li><li>Accurately sort, count, and verify cash, coins, and other gaming assets. </li><li>Prepare funds for transfer. </li><li>Balance bank accounts and reconcile counts with Cage operations. </li><li>Input data into the computer system. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of all transactions. </li><li>Perform basic equipment maintenance as needed. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Protect casino assets by adhering to strict security protocols. </li><li>Report any suspicious activity to supervisors or security personnel. </li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience in a cash-handling role, preferably in a casino environment. </li><li>Ability to handle large amounts of money accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment. </li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License and/or Oklahoma Horse Racing License. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license. </li><li>Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. </li></ul>
