<p>Job Description</p> <p>This role is based in our 275 Grove Street, Newton, Boston, MA 02466 office.</p> <p>Shape the strategies of North America's leading technology vendors.</p> <p>At Omdia Enterprise Consulting, we work with some of the biggest names in Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, AI/IoT, and Channel, helping them navigate shifting markets, outpace competitors, and unlock growth. Our insights, data, and consulting expertise fuel board-level decisions.</p> <p>We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Senior Consultant to deliver high-impact projects for clients across the North American enterprise technology landscape. You'll combine analytical rigour with project management discipline, working directly with executives to solve their most critical challenges. Our clients are value-focused, investing in strategic insight to drive measurable, long-term impact - and you'll be central to helping them realise that value.</p> <p>Project delivery</p> <ul> <li>Deliver North America-focused consulting projects - including market entry, go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem development, and competitive positioning. </li><li>Apply Omdia's consulting methodologies to ensure deliverables are commercially strong, differentiated, and actionable. </li><li>Manage distributed teams of analysts and consultants through the PMO framework, ensuring clear objectives, plans, and collaboration. </li><li>Maintain strong focus on budget, timelines, and utilisation targets, ensuring projects meet client expectations and contribute to practice growth. </li></ul> <p>Business development support</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with sales and account managers to scope, position, and support proposals for North American clients. </li><li>Contribute to the proposal and bid stages of custom projects, ensuring inputs are accurate, well-structured, and commercially aligned. </li><li>Identify opportunities within accounts to expand consulting and subscription work, always in close partnership with account management teams. </li></ul> <p>Client engagement and influence</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders in North America, positioning Omdia as a trusted partner. </li><li>Support senior colleagues in executive-level discussions,developing confidence in C-suite and partner-facing environments. </li><li>Act as a reliable point of contact during delivery, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and effectively. </li></ul> <p>Core competencies and attributes</p> <p>Primary Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Delivery and Planning - Owns project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable client outcomes. </li><li>Collaboration - Works effectively with analysts, consultants, and sales teams across North America. </li><li>Commercial Acumen - Comfortable with budgets, project economics, and supporting proposals. </li><li>Client Management - Builds trust and manages day-to-day client delivery relationships. </li><li>Problem Solving - Applies structured thinking to client challenges in the NA market context. </li><li>Communication - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored to North American enterprise clients. </li></ul> <p>Supporting Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Market and Technology Awareness - Solid grasp of enterprise IT, cybersecurity, AI/IoT, and channel ecosystems in North America. Not an analyst role but must engage credibly with client executives and leverage Omdia analyst expertise. </li><li>Mindset - Growth-oriented, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement. </li></ul>
