This is a key and dynamic role at the heart of the company's business operations, combining financial management, planning, and partnership with multiple stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure business success in a leading and meaningful defense organization</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage financial aspects of programs</p> <p>Prepare financial forecasts and profit and loss reports</p> <p>Prepare annual budgets and monitor execution</p> <p>Prepare and report business results including sales, collections, new orders, and quarterly financial reports</p> <p>Perform cash flow and sensitivity analyses</p> <p>Work closely with managers across the organization while coordinating with multiple interfaces including program management, production, engineering, and procurement</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.A. in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management, M.A. - Advantage</p> <p>Experience in financial forecasting, financial reporting, and budget control</p> <p>High analytical ability, strong business understanding, and strategic thinking</p> <p>Accuracy, independence, initiative, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, and quick learning capability</p> <p>Ability to drive and coordinate multiple interfaces across the organization</p> <p>High level of English</p> <p>Experience working with information systems (mainly MS Office and ERP applications) - Advantage for familiarity with logistical or financial systems</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
