This position helps staff members with day-to-day tasks associated with the operations of the department mainly in general office support.</p> <p>The CVEEN Office is intending to hire for two (2) positions.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and faculty in a professional and welcoming manner. </li><li>Answer emails and phone calls that come to the general inbox; Respond to visitor inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members or resources. </li><li>Support staff with events and activities as needed </li><li>Provide support for general office duties, projects, and ongoing initiatives. </li><li>Engage confidently in public speaking, networking, and student interactions. </li><li>Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the Department Staff. </li></ul> <p>Additional duties may be asked of the individual.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications Preferences</p> <p>This is a Work Study position for University of Utah students. You must have been awarded Work Study and be a U of U student to qualify.</p> <p>Special Instructions Summary Additional Information</p> <p>The University is a participating employer with Utah Retirement Systems ("URS").
