<p>Join the team at Door Systems ASSA ABLOY, a trusted leader in commercial and residential door solutions. We're looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to every client. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting customers, and being part of a collaborative team that values innovation and quality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.</p> <p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Developing positive customer relations by providing courteous, efficient and proactive customer service. </li><li>Answering inbound calls and creating service tickets, ensuring orders are accurate and complete </li><li>Working closely with the sales department and customers to schedule service calls </li><li>Invoicing open orders </li><li>Working with vendors to source/cost materials </li><li>Managing open orders and assisting with collections </li><li>Setting residential service schedule </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner </li><li>Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently </li><li>High level of attention to detail </li><li>Excellent attendance record </li><li>Must be able to communicate in the English language; verbally and in writing </li><li>Must be familiar with MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school education or equivalent </li><li>Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience preferred </li><li>Previous estimating experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>We are the ASSA ABLOY Group</p> <p>Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
