This role will be responsible for managing the Salesforce development roadmap, driving platform adoption and enhancements, and collaborating on system integrations to unify disparate workflows into a seamless, data-driven ecosystem.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration and configuration, with a Salesforce Administrator certification and experience in developing scalable solutions that align with business goals. This role will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, business teams, community banking, customer service, operations, and IT to enhance system efficiency, streamline processes, ensure data integrity, lead CRM sales enablement, and enable data-driven decision-making.</p> <p>Additionally, the Salesforce Platform Manager will execute the company's integration strategy, ensuring that Salesforce serves as the primary hub for customer and business data, connecting various third-party applications, enterprise systems, and data sources. By maintaining a well-governed, high-performing, and future-ready platform, this position will play a crucial role in transforming Salesforce into a powerful business enabler.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Lead Salesforce Platform Development & Management:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the administration for the Salesforce platform, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. </li><li>Configure and customize Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and permissions to meet business needs. </li><li>Manage system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and integrations with third-party applications. </li><li>Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce. </li><li>Build the strategic roadmap for Platform development. </li></ul> <p>Business Process Optimization & Support:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (marketing, business teams, community banking, operations, customer support) to gather requirements and implement solutions. </li><li>Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity. </li><li>Oversee resources and co-workers dedicated to user support, training, and documentation to enhance adoption and system utilization. </li></ul> <p>Data Management & Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee data quality, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics. </li><li>Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide insights and drive business decisions. </li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively address issues. </li></ul> <p>System Development & Innovation:</p> <ul> <li>Identify and implement best practices to maximize the value of Salesforce. </li><li>Partner with leadership to develop Salesforce roadmaps and long-term platform strategies. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, apps, and integrations to support business objectives. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. </li><li>Subject to sedentary work for extended periods of time. </li><li>Some amount of mobility in order to attend in-person meetings across two office locations is necessary. </li><li>The employee must be able to use computer and office equipment and communicate and exchange information with internal and external customers. </li></ul> <p>POTENITAL ON-THE-JOB-RISKS:</p> <ul> <li>None identified. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Administrator certification preferred). </li><li>3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including customization, automation, and user support. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce Industry Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. </li><li>Experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Apex (preferred but not required). </li><li>Familiarity with data management, security models, and integration best practices. </li><li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. </li><li>Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries. </li><li>Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot. </li><li>Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica, or other API and ETL tools). </li><li>Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI, Looker Studio) </li></ul> <p>Firstrust Bank provides equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, creed, sex (including pregnancy), age, gender, (including gender nonconformity and status as a transgender or transsexual individual), physical or mental disability, religion, national origin, genetics, marital status, veteran's status, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
