<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform data entry from production reports into ERP system and Tuboscope TruData system for TracID certificate generation. </li><li>Process vendor invoices and submit for payment in accordance with company procedures. </li><li>Issue purchase orders as requisitions are approved by appropriate personnel. </li><li>Assist office staff with work order closure and required month-end reporting. </li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training events related to TracID software updates and enhancements. </li><li>Review and analyze special reports and summarize findings to keep management informed. </li><li>Assist with facility publication printouts and documentation preparation. </li><li>Attend weekly management meetings with department managers. </li><li>Support overall team efforts by accomplishing related administrative tasks, including production report consolidation, filing and record maintenance. </li></ul> <p>Additional Duties</p> <ul> <li>Perform other duties as directed by the Division Manager. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>1-2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with ERP or MRP systems (JD Edwards preferred). </li><li>Basic knowledge of procurement processes. </li></ul>
