<p>Corporate Maintenance Manager</p> <p>Location: Morgantown, PA</p> <p>Powering performance across multiple facilities with precision!</p> <p>Your Impact:</p> <p>Drives the full maintenance strategy for all Morgan facilities, ensuring reliability, safety, and seamless day-to-day operations.</p> <p>What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:</p> <ul> <li>Safety & Quality Oversight: Ensures the Maintenance department consistently meets and upholds all safety and quality standards. </li><li>Strategic Leadership: Establishes maintenance strategy and direction, evaluating results and adjusting course as needed. </li><li>Project Management: Leads and manages maintenance projects across multiple sites to support operational efficiency. </li><li>Technical Expertise & Training: Provides technical guidance and supports the hiring, onboarding, and development of maintenance professionals. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinates effectively with all departments to deliver quality service, support budget planning, and achieve organizational goals. </li><li>Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develops, implements, and optimizes a comprehensive preventive maintenance program. </li><li>Cost Management: Monitors maintenance-related expenses, including personnel, purchasing, inventory, and outsourced repairs. </li><li>Facilities Management: Oversees all building maintenance and repair activities across Morgan's facilities. </li><li>Professional Communication: Maintains strong, professional relationships with employees, vendors, suppliers, and contractors. </li><li>Additional Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as required to support departmental and organizational needs. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (relevant certifications are an asset). </li><li>Industry Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing environments, including maintenance leadership. </li><li>Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with welding, joining, metalworking, manual assembly, and painting technologies; certifications in these areas are a plus. </li><li>Industrial Systems Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical, electronics, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. </li><li>Digital Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Minitab. </li><li>Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead change initiatives and apply lean tools and methodologies. </li><li>Strategic Planning: Ability to think ahead and plan effectively over a 6+ month horizon. </li><li>Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrated leadership capability with a collaborative, team-focused approach. </li><li>Priority Management: Strong ability to organize, manage, and execute multiple priorities simultaneously. </li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Quality Focus: High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality. </li><li>Problem-Solving: Skilled in root-cause analysis and issue resolution; Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred. </li><li>Mechanical Aptitude: High mechanical proficiency and willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment for extended periods. </li><li>Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel 50-75% as required. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Work in an active manufacturing plant environment where hands-on tasks keep you engaged!
