<p>Thor Motor Coach is accepting applications for an entry-level Continuous Improvement / Quality Process Auditor. This position is to support production regarding our quality process and ensure we are manufacturing a quality motorhome for our customers. This position will work with multiple different teams and will require at times travel to and from other plants within Elkhart, Wakarusa, and Bristol.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Uphold and drive the SWI/LPA initiative weekly, understand defects and how we are correcting either with training or documentation as such a SWI. Work with plant managers, supervisors, floor personal daily driving quality improvement. </li><li>Uphold Accountability board and KPI boards on the floor and support plant management: This is a daily activity. </li><li>Work with different departments inside Thor Motor Coach as well with outside vendors driving quality improvements, projects, etc </li><li>Daily Gemba walks & Daily OPEX Meeting attendance </li><li>Facilitate training </li><li>Lead by example - You will promote TMC processes and OPEX in a positive way on a daily basis. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year RV manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required) </li><li>Lean certification (preferred, but not required) </li><li>Microsoft Office- EXCEL, PPT, WORD </li><li>KPI knowledge </li><li>Quality systems </li><li>Root cause analysis </li><li>Power BI training </li><li>Quality data entry training and understanding of DAX </li><li>Lifting to 50lbs and teamwork for constructing racking in departments </li></ul> <p>Pre-employment drug screen required.</p> <p>EOE</p>
