This role will be responsible for growing the business, increasing sales growth and profit margins through the expansion of our customer base. Also maintains the current customer base by providing outstanding customer service.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Prospect for new Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container, FIBC, business using company tools and resources. </li><li>Maintain and grow existing FIBC customers and continually expand footprint within account. </li><li>Prepare quotes for new items using supplier network and procurement department. </li><li>Manage custom stocked inventory to ensure proper turns. </li><li>Provide Vendor Managed Inventory when requested by customers. </li><li>Prepare and perform business reviews for top customers. </li><li>Continually train and improve expertise in packaging through supplier training. </li><li>Educate customers on supply chain conditions and pricing fluctuations. </li><li>Resolve any payment related issues if AR department experience roadblocks. </li><li>Attend and participate in monthly on-site sales meetings. </li><li>Participate in industry trade shows. </li><li>Work with manufacture reps in regard to referral opportunities. </li><li>Solicit referrals from existing customers. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate Will Have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Skilled in negotiations, building relationships, prospecting, and closing </li><li>Possess strong collaboration, delegation, and analytical qualities. </li><li>Sales Experience in a related industry preferred. </li><li>Entrepreneur mindset </li><li>Independently driven work ethic </li><li>Business acumen, customer focus and ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment. </li><li>Attention to detail, communication and organization skills. </li><li>Overall computer proficiency. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>BradyPLUS offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and well-being of our associates and their families.
