<p>NOTICE OF VACANCY</p> <p>French / World Language Teacher TANTASQUA HIGH SCHOOL School Year - 2026-2027 Start Date: August 31, 2026</p> <p>Reports to: Principal</p> <p>Responsibilities: The High School French/World Language Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in foreign languages and culture, fostering students' proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.</p> <p>Job Goal:</p> <ul> <li>Provide instructional programs that promote student's development of skill and knowledge in the content area assigned. </li><li>To help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their education </li><li>To promote class environment favorable to learning and student's personal growth </li><li>To establish effective rapport with pupils to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to become successful individuals in accordance with each pupil's ability </li><li>To establish positive relationships with parents/ guardians and staff members </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A teaching license issued by the State of Massachusetts appropriate for this content area and grade level 9-12 preferred </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in specific instructional content area, as assigned </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Approved CORI and Fingerprinting results </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $57,005.00 - $60,304.00</p> <p>Please apply through school spring.</p> <p>Peter Dufresne, Principal Tantasqua High School 319 Brookfield Rd.
