<p>AGRILAND FS is looking for a sales and strategy driven Seed Division Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading the Seed Department to consistent, profitable sales growth.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide marketing and sales leadership for the District Seed Sales Specialists, Crop Specialists, and location teams. </li><li>Work closely with Agronomy Sales Managers to develop seed strategies and best practices that will be predictive of seed growth and success. </li><li>Lead implementation of all seed strategies and programs to meet objectives. </li><li>Provide proactive leadership for training/developmental plans that improves marketing effectiveness and serves as foundation for seed sales across the sales team. </li><li>Establish seed performance standards, goals and development/implementation of business plans for achieving company financial objectives. </li><li>Identify and implement best practices which lead to strong financial performance and outstanding customer service. </li><li>Provide input for company seed marketing, operational, business and procurement strategies and program development. </li><li>Assist in providing technical information for agronomy, seed sales and marketing. </li></ul> <p>What we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Agronomy Business or equivalent thereof, plus 5-7 years' sales experience </li><li>Sales and leadership experience </li><li>Knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products </li><li>Knowledge of market analysis, pricing strategies, and supply forecasts </li><li>Sales leadership and knowledge of closing techniques </li><li>Ability to build relationships, identify producer needs and make multi-product proposals </li><li>Planning, time management and organizational skills </li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
