Are you ready to join this passionate and innovative team?</p> <p>Pay: Based on experience</p> <p>Shift Details: 7 AM - 7 PM/7 PM - 7 AM (12-hour rotating shifts from days to nights-4 on/4 off)</p> <p>Welding Technician Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes reasons for production disturbances within the welder equipment. </li><li>Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of unscheduled maintenance issues with the welder as well as all line and complex electrical and mechanical equipment. </li><li>Creates and develops Preventive Maintenance Plans within the Guide-Ti system. </li><li>Reviews incoming Job Notifications in Guide-Ti and prioritizes as needed based on Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Line Performance Metrics. </li><li>Researches, develops, and coordinates Work Orders through completion from the Guide-Ti system. </li><li>Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level. </li><li>Prepares and presents reports and findings by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information trends. </li><li>Coordinates, trains, and leads maintenance technicians/operations (Continuous Improvement Training of Team). </li><li>Install and modify electrical/mechanical equipment following code, manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings, and other specifications with minimal instruction. </li><li>Collaborates with mechanical, electrical, operations, and contractor teams. </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits/Perks: This direct-hire position comes with some of the most progressive and comprehensive benefits within the industry!
