If you're ready to jump-start your career, pick Peterman Brothers, where great service runs in the family!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Create and manage SOP creation and branding for HR and Recruiting related procedures</p> <p>Develop a full understanding of job hazard analysis</p> <p>Research and introduce strategies to improve employee engagement and DE&I measures to HR leadership for implementation across all departments</p> <p>Analyze current sourcing strategies and provide insight into new and innovative methods for increasing applicant pool</p> <p>Collect and monitor compliance documents</p> <p>Audit Human Resources related files</p> <p>Assist with New Hire Orientation?classes (set up, uniforms, information collection, etc.)</p> <p>Own the process for uniform inventory, from ordering uniforms to folding them and putting them away</p> <p>Manage and track recruiting metrics</p> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or other applicable fields</p> <p>Ability to Multi-Task and Adapt</p> <p>Excellent Communication and People Skills</p> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint)</p> <p>Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities</p> <p>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills</p> <p>Committed to learning and growth</p> <p>Lift at least 25 Pounds or more</p>
