<p>Position Summary: Cleans and stocks public and/or service bars ensuring bartenders have necessary beverages and bar supplies on hand to service guests.</p> <p>Job Title: Bar Porter</p> <p>Department: Food & Beverage</p> <p>Reports To: Shift Manager Beverage</p> <p>FLSA Designation: Non-Exempt</p> <p>License Type: Non-Gaming</p> <p>Target Pay: $16.80</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages </li><li>Monitors pump room </li><li>Washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures </li><li>Restocks bar snacks </li><li>Cut garnishes/fill garnishes based on specific bar expectations </li><li>Cleans bar area including floors, counters, and other surfaces </li><li>Removes empty bottles and trash </li><li>Keep liquor manifold stocked throughout shift </li><li>Performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards </li><li>Maintains sanitation of bar and bar areas and equipment by cleaning ceilings, washing walls, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties </li><li>Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Six months or more related experience or training preferred </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to see, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms and see </li><li>Frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, speak and hear </li><li>Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and noisy work conditions </li><li>Ability to work in a noisy environment </li></ul>
