<p>Responsible for general duties in the food service department, front of house duties, back of house duties, and dish room. Responsible for cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service.</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates IWCC's core mission, vision and values </li><li>Follow the guidelines, polices, and procedures set down by the Food Service Department </li><li>Responsible for superior customer service practices </li><li>Responsible for following the safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures set down by the Food Service Department </li><li>Responsible for stocking the front of house for the next day business (i.e. clean dishes, refill condiments, re-stock sandwich bar, etc.) </li><li>Assist in catered events if assigned </li><li>Assist in front of house duties, when assigned </li><li>Assist in back of house duties, when assigned </li><li>Responsible for washing dishes, equipment, small wares, etc., when assigned </li><li>Responsible for closing procedures when working an evening shift </li><li>Responsible for opening procedures when working a morning shift </li><li>Responsible for weekend hours when scheduled by management </li><li>Responsible for following dress code and appearance requirements set down by the Food Service Department </li><li>Regular, prompt and reliable attendance </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of helping other people </li><li>Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, customer oriented team </li><li>Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness </li><li>Positive attitude </li><li>Ability to pass a background check </li><li>Heavy work (lift 30-50 lbs..) </li><li>The employee frequently is required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and use hands </li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear </li></ul>
