<p>Responsive recruiter</p> <p>ServiceMaster is seeking candidates for cleaning in commercial buildings.</p> <p>This position is located in Georgetown. Position will be Monday-Friday for 2 hours in the evenings and will also be needed for 1 weekend day as well (Fri, Sat or Sun). Additional information will be given during a phone interview.</p> <p>This is a part-time position working 14-17 hours a week in the evenings.</p> <ul> <li>All applicants must have a valid driver's license </li><li>Must have their own legal, reliable transportation </li><li>Be drug and alcohol-free </li><li>Background checks will be conducted </li></ul> <p>Job Position Description:</p> <p>This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer's buildings by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Overall duties include maintaining common space areas </li><li>Perform all cleaning duties for the facility using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures </li><li>Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, dusting, cleaning and restocking restrooms </li><li>Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. </li><li>Place safety hazard signs in the building including "wet floor" signs as necessary </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching </li><li>Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. </li><li>Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses </li><li>Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. </li><li>The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must. </li><li>Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude </li><li>Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time </li><li>Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $13.00 per hour</p>
