<p>Preschool Teacher Assistant JobID: 8131</p> <p>Position Type:</p> <p>Student Support Services/Preschool Teacher Assistant</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>6/23/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Carter Lake Elementary</p> <p>Additional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>Preschool Teacher Assistant</p> <p>Carter Lake Elementary School</p> <p>7.5 hours per day</p> <p>8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)</p> <p>Pay Range: $16.95 - $17.40/hour</p> <p>Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, IPERS retirement, personal leave, sick leave, summers off, and more!</p> <p>It is REQUIRED that you have AT LEAST ONE (1) of the following to be qualified to work in preschool:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Child Development Associate (CDA)</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's Degree, must include at least 12 hours of early childhood and/or education courses</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree, must include at least 12 hours of early childhood and/or education courses</p> </li></ul> <p>If you meet the requirements of the position, please email transcripts to tnielsen@cb-schools.org.</p> <p>If you are currently in an Associates or Bachelors program but are not finished yet, please call 712-396-2357.</p> <p>We are also seeking:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with young people in an education setting preferred. </li><li>Ability to become CPR/First Aid certified is required.
