Prior teaching experience is not required, but highly desirable. We train each of our swim instructors on how to teach students within our custom curriculum. During the multi-week training, we make sure that instructors are fully equipped with the techniques and knowledge they need to effectively teach.</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Great for Those Seeking Teaching Roles in the Future </li></ol> <p>This is a great position for young adults that want to teach or coach sports after highschool/college.
