<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Salary: $112,320 - $140,400 plus annual target bonus </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversees all Financial Reporting and Analysis activities related to Customer Deals and Sales & Commercial Overhead and collaborates closely with key stakeholders to perform ad hoc analysis and build new reporting and dashboards to help drive the Sales teams and improve the company's profitability</p> </li><li> <p>Establish key metrics and monthly review cadence with business partners, to monitor the health of the company's Customer Deals and Overhead spend</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate on the forecasting and planning process inclusive of providing financial insights into trends and expected changes</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the business to identify opportunities to improve profitability and implement changes across the company</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the creation of new and improved management reports, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, flash reports, performance indicators and business drivers for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and periodic presentations to leadership team</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as educator to the Sales and Commercial teams to improve their understanding and appreciation of financial data</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
