<p>Your responsibilities</p> <p>Position Summary: Support Quality and Production teams by reviewing customer requirements, creating inspection plans, maintaining calibration processes, certifying parts for shipment and driving continuous improvement.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain inspection plans for receiving in-process and final inspections </li><li>Create certifications and certificates of compliance per customer requirements </li><li>Implement and monitor quality process controls (SPC, Capability Analysis, FMEA, Quality Plans) </li><li>Manage nonconforming material, MRB and calibration systems </li><li>Write and validate CMM programs using PC-DMIS and Metrologic software; provide setup instructions and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Lead PPAP, FAI, FAT, cFAT and other part qualification processes </li><li>Perform part layouts using CMMs and other measurement techniques </li><li>Develop statistical analysis for continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Conduct capability studies and measurement system analyses </li><li>Maintain gage calibration </li><li>Participate in internal and external audits and lead corrective actions </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in advanced mathematics, experience in manufacturing quality inspection and CMM programming, knowledge of GD&T, MSA and precision measurement equipment, computer literacy (Microsoft Office, SAP, Windows OS)</p> <p>Education Requirements: Associate of Science degree (any science field), five years manufacturing experience or equivalent education / experience</p> <p>Export Control: This position requires access to export-controlled technical data or technology.
