<p>Description</p> <p>Wellvana partners with primary care providers, hospitals and health systems to make the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care life-changing for patients and providers.</p> <p>With multiple ACOs in MSSP and REACH, as well as Medicare Advantage contracts from coast to coast, Wellvana matches its partners with personalized paths in their value-based care journey.</p> <p>By offering multiple high-touch delivery models, including guided physician enablement as well as embedded support featuring Foundational Care management, Wellvana layers in supporting services that help reduce the administrative load while delivering resources to patients that drive positive outcomes.</p> <p>Founded in 2018 and based in Nashville, Tenn., Wellvana works with partners in over 40 states, caring for nearly a million lives across multiple payors.</p> <p>Clarity on the Role:</p> <p>As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Sr. Marketing Program Manager to ensure that all marketing initiatives, programs, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams-including Growth, Partner Success, and our partners and their patients-by driving the successful execution of marketing efforts.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include managing our project management platform (Monday.com), overseeing vendor procurement and relationships, coordinating sponsorships and speaking engagements, and maintaining the internal marketing calendar. This role requires strong project management skills, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.</p> <p>What's Expected:</p> <ul> <li>Project Management: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of creative and marketing projects. Drive timelines, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and at a high standard of quality. </li><li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders-including marketing, sales, operations, development, and legal-gathering requirements, providing project updates, setting appropriate check-ins and follow ups while ensuring timely resolution of challenges. </li><li>Resource Allocation: Manage project staffing by aligning the right talent with the right projects. Balance workloads and priorities to maximize efficiency and creative output with the business needs. Work with Sr Marketing Program Manager to escalate challenges with timelines. </li><li>Distribution and Archive Management: Ensure all final content is distributed to the right platforms for delivery, the intranet for the internal team and the archive stays up to date. </li><li>Quality Control: Maintain oversight of all creative assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, high-quality execution, and compliance with any regulatory or legal requirements. </li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, roadblocks, and bottlenecks early. Develop contingency plans and proactively escalate issues to maintain project momentum. </li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate current workflows and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, increase visibility, and support scalable growth. </li><li>Membership & Sponsorship Management: Oversee the execution of sponsorship activations, including opportunity discovery, vendor coordination, material requests, and cross-team deliverable tracking. Manage budgets, ensure alignment with brand standards, and support contract or partner fulfillment as needed. </li><li>Operations: Lead key operational aspects of the marketing team, including vendor management (with a focus on print production), marketing calendar oversight, and coordination across departments to ensure visibility and alignment on upcoming campaigns and initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Live Out the Wellvana Way</p> <ul> <li>Find a way. Collaboration and communication are the fast way... and the fun way. </li></ul> <p>Characteristics of the Right Candidate</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. </li><li>3+ years as a Project Manager and/or in Marketing Operations, preferably in a creative or marketing agency, or d2c / healthcare-related organization. </li><li>Proven experience with project management tools and resources (e.g., Monday.com; Trello; Microsoft 365 tools) </li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail. </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams. </li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of innovative ideas. </li><li>Problem Solver & Task Manager </li><li>Understanding of branding and design principles, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams. </li><li>Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul>
