We are seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Psychiatric Residential Program team and help build brighter futures for children and families across Oregon.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to work on a beautiful urban campus where psychiatrists often work with clients outside in the garden or walking or riding bikes. We work in a multidisciplinary team model that values clinical excellence, innovation, diversity, and trauma-informed care.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Staff Psychiatrist provides psychiatric assessment, treatment, and clinical oversight for youth receiving services within assigned programs. This role also offers opportunities for leadership, collaboration, and program development under the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer.</p> <p>Schedule & Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Part or Full-time, 30-40 hours/week </li><li>Alternative Part-time options may be available </li><li>Flexible Monday-Friday schedule, 4 x 10 hr days available </li><li>In-person office hours required </li><li>Must reside in Oregon or Washington </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnoses </li><li>Provide ongoing psychiatric treatment and medication management </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and participate in treatment planning reviews </li><li>Lead clinical discussions and support quality client care during Clinical Client Review meetings </li><li>Complete clinical documentation in compliance with agency, accreditation, and regulatory standards </li><li>Coordinate care with medical specialists and allied health professionals as needed </li><li>Support program development, staff education, and clinical leadership initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Completion of an accredited Psychiatry Residency </li><li>Completion of a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship </li><li>Current Oregon medical license or eligibility </li><li>DEA certification including Schedule II prescribing authority </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Strong collaborative and leadership skills </li><li>Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Eligible full-time employees working 30+ hours per week receive:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation </li><li>100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Employer-paid life insurance, AD&D, long-term disability, and Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Optional supplemental life insurance </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>401(k) with employer match up to 6% </li><li>Generous paid sick leave and vacation time </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>At Trillium Family Services, we believe every child and family deserves the opportunity for a brighter future.
