<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>POSITION PURPOSE:</p> <ul> <li>Are you someone who is positive, resourceful, and can maintain solid working relationships with internal and external providers/resources. </li><li>While you'll be part of a team, your work will largely be independent, and you'll require consistent discretion and judgment to carry out your daily duties. </li><li>Keys to this job is: adaptability, reliability, and the ability to remain composed in stressful situations. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for assisting Senior Manager in providing programmatic support, clinical evaluation, monitoring, supervision, administrative direction, planning, and development of the Community Treatment Team. </li><li>Will maintain strong working relationships with internal and external providers. </li><li>Will facilitate all clinical aspects of care as well as provide clinical supervision to all team members. </li><li>Must possess the ability to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing the unit's daily operations </li><li>Duties will include but not limited to recruiting and hiring qualified staff, provide service to SPMI population and manage the collection and use of program specific fidelity data. </li><li>Will provide on-call services on a rotating basis, as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Human Services (Psychology, Sociology, Counseling) and 1 year of supervisor/lead experience </li><li>Act 33/34/73 clearances. </li><li>Pre-Employment Physical/TB/Hep B </li><li>Pre-employment Drug Screen </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Ability to drive an organization vehicle/van </li></ul> <p>POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:</p> <p>WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Exempt (salary) position.</p> <p>Primarily Monday-Friday daylight with flexibility to meet consumer needs.
