We are looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests in any type of weather and at all times of the day.</p> <p>No experience is necessary! We will teach you everything you need to know.</p> <p>Pay: $15-$17/hr. depending on experience</p> <p>Availability: 7:00am-10:00 pm</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet guests with a warm welcome </li><li>Assist guests with questions about the menu </li><li>Enter order accurately in iPOS and clarify order details </li><li>Repeat order with meal name to ensure order accuracy </li><li>Relay order total to guest </li><li>Receive payment </li><li>Give guest clear direction when navigating in the drive thru </li><li>Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic </li><li>Communicate effectively </li><li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Reliable and committed to shift fulfilment </li><li>Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 16 years old </li><li>Commitment and reliability </li><li>Cheerful and positive attitude </li><li>Loves serving and helping others </li><li>Customer service oriented </li><li>Dependable and strong work ethics </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Detail-oriented </li><li>Able to multi-task </li><li>Works well independently and in a team environment </li><li>Willing and able to work a flexible schedule </li><li>Have the ability to lift and carry 25 lbs on a regular basis </li><li>Ability to work on feet for the duration of your shift </li><li>Eligible for employment in the United States </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
