Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership and development of financial analysts, with accountability to drive team results and meet responsibilities </li><li>Presentation of results, analysis, recommendations to executive leadership </li><li>Develop and maintain annual budget model for business lines within the greater IHS organization, and develop complex financial and operational models to guide strategic decision-making </li><li>Review financial performance of internal and external service providers; provide recommendations and support to corporate executives; perform ad-hoc analyses related to pricing decisions, cost-savings opportunities, capital expenditures, real estate development, and other corporate initiatives </li><li>Build and maintain weekly and monthly forecasting models for key operational and financial performance metrics, including weekly and monthly KPI scorecards </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree (MS or MBA) in Finance with two plus years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Finance and five plus years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience with demonstrated high performance </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership ability and high energy to achieve goals and meet deadlines </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with some knowledge of database basics and ERP systems helpful (e.g. Microsoft Access, SQL, Oracle, Essbase/Hyperion, etc.) </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, high throughput environment </li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnel </li><li>Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials </li><li>Ability to work with mathematical concepts (statistics, probabilities, algebraic expressions, etc.) and ROI calculations (such as NPV, IRR), with an understanding of basic accounting principles </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.</p> <p>The base pay range shown is a guideline.
