<p>Hiring for a Data Developer in Middletown!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a talented Business Analytics Developer / Power BI Developer to support operational excellence initiatives within the Cold Section Module Center of a leading aerospace organization. This role involves developing and maintaining advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions to aid leadership decision-making in manufacturing performance, quality, work-in-process (WIP), pitch management, and equipment utilization. The position is highly visible and collaborative, working closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, OPEX, and Transformation teams. This opportunity is long-term with the potential for a permanent position.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting manufacturing and operational KPIs. </li><li>Translate operational business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions. </li><li>Integrate and automate reporting into OACIS, Tier Boards, Power BI, and mobile reporting applications. </li><li>Leverage data from systems including Hawkeye, Databricks, Kinexon/RTLS, and Ignition. </li><li>Support analytics related to pitch management, quality performance, WIP and flow visibility, equipment utilization, and flow disruptions. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, OPEX, Core OPEX, and Transformation teams. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Data analysis and data management. </li><li>Data visualization and data science. </li><li>Power BI development. </li><li>Manufacturing and operations data analytics. </li><li>Data integration and report automation. </li><li>Experience with Hawkeye and manufacturing data sources. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. </li><li>Cross-functional collaboration and requirements translation. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Databricks. </li><li>SQL proficiency. </li><li>Experience integrating reporting into OACIS. </li><li>Background in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or related technical field preferred. </li><li>Equivalent practical experience, including strong analytics portfolios, will be considered. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment is a collaborative and fast-paced setting focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
