<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Subcontractor Project Manager to join the Haifa site</p> <p>This is a challenging and central role responsible for managing the logistics and operational aspects of program deliveries</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <p>Lead the operational, logistics, and supply activities of subcontractor items across various programs</p> <p>Plan and manage deliveries according to contractual targets and OTD (On-Time Delivery) requirements</p> <p>Manage matrix interfaces with internal departments - procurement, sales, production, control, quality, import/export, and warehouses</p> <p>Perform supply analyses, forecasting, risk management, and continuous process improvement</p> <p>Work closely with program managers and customers</p> <p>Plan subcontractor work and optimize delivery processes and methods</p> <p>Manage inventories and procurement budgets while ensuring compliance with economic goals</p> <p>Handle export permits, API licenses, and invoices in accordance with regulatory and international requirements</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management - Mandatory</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operational procurement, or supply management within complex industry environments - Mandatory</p> <p>Proven experience working with subcontractors and managing matrix environments</p> <p>Thorough knowledge of procurement, inventory management, import/export processes, and international permit handling</p> <p>Full proficiency in Office, LN, PLM, and Workflow tools - Mandatory</p> <p>Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics/procurement modules - Advantage</p> <p>High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) - Mandatory</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
