<p>Job Description</p> <p>Returning UsersLog Back In</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a dynamic and energetic General Manager 3 to join our team at one of our high profile accounts in Albany NY! The current food landscape consists of 2 Corporate Café that serves Breakfast and Lunch only, and Catering Operations.</p> <p>The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 for the operation in addition to being the chef for the location. This position represent a 60/40 split with a 60% of the role GM focused and 40% culinary. The General Manager 3 will responsible for financial reporting, and managing the client relationship. Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and deliver high end experience every day.</p> <p>Incentives</p> <p>Predominately a M-F scheduled 6am to 4pm with very rare evenings or weekends</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Managing the budget/finances for the business </li><li>Managing the client relationship </li><li>Menu Planning </li><li>Ordering </li><li>Inventory </li><li>Managing a team of 6 hourly employees </li><li>Food and Labor cost </li><li>Catering production </li><li>Safety and Sanitation </li><li>HR Related duties </li><li>Marketing initiatives </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
