The Supervisor under limited supervision, organizes, administers, and oversees the adjunctive programming and staffing needs. The Supervisor oversees, coordinates, and provides professional leadership in the provision of crisis response services in accordance with program objectives, clinical guidelines, and company goals. Additionally, the Supervisor will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Clinical Director.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for day-to-day administration, monthly reporting/data collection, and yearly audit of DVR and OBH/IPS compliance as it pertains to Vocational Services while ensuring services are in fidelity with the IPS evidence-based model. </li><li>Ensures accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers. Advocates appropriate services for consumers. </li><li>Identifies, implements, and monitors customer service standards to ensure team is meeting internal and external customer needs. </li><li>Develops long and short-term goals for the team that are consistent with program and organizational goals. </li><li>Trains and evaluates staff through performance evaluations to maintain quality within the team, encourages growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity. </li><li>Conducts timely audits to ensure compliance with company goals, policies, state and other regulatory policies regarding clinical care and documentation. </li><li>Provides Direct consumer consultation and care utilizing evidence-based practice models; develop, evaluate, and modify programs as required. </li><li>Ensure compliance with standards for compliance with standards of care provided by all licensing, accrediting, and oversight agencies. </li><li>Provides overside to assigned staff regarding DVR/IPS outcomes and productivity standards and taking corrective action to ensure compliance if needed. </li><li>Interfaces with local and state policy makers, community leaders and provider in the treatment focus area to assess needs, develop and implement programming as determined out of necessity. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a directly related field is required; Master's degree preferred </li><li>2+ years of direct vocational services experience is required </li><li>2+ years clinical supervision, general performance coaching, facilitation of meetings, innovative goal setting, cultivating a learning environment, budget development/oversight and understanding of state and local policy issues regarding mental health systems of care </li><li>Working knowledge/experience with the state of Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Individualized Placement and Support model. </li><li>Bilingual Spanish preferred </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard. </li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. </li><li>Light to moderate lifting is required, </li><li>Regular, predictable attendance is required. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm</p> <p>Requires travel between different outpatient offices</p> <p>Salary Information:</p> <p>$58,000- $68,000/yr</p> <p>Eligible for $250/month Stipend</p> <p>Accepting applications on an on-going basis</p> <p>So-what do you think?</p> <p>If you've come this far, we're eager to meet you.
