You can expect varied workdays filled with challenges, in an environment where the focus is on constant improvements.</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <p>Your main focus will be internal communication, with opportunities to support employer branding and selected external communication activities.</p> <p>You'll work closely with an Employer Branding & Communication Expert, receiving ongoing support and gaining hands-on experience in real internal and external communication projects.</p> <p>Internal Communication (main focus):</p> <ul> <li>Help create content for our internal channels (SharePoint, Teams, presentations). </li><li>Write engaging internal updates, articles, announcements, and event summaries. </li><li>Assist with coordinating internal events and employee initiatives. </li><li>Support internal communication projects from idea to publication. </li></ul> <p>Employer Branding & External Communication (optional exposure):</p> <ul> <li>Assist in creating content for our career-related social media. </li><li>Help prepare creative materials: texts, visuals, short videos, and ideas. </li><li>Support employer branding events like job fairs, workshops, and university initiatives. </li><li>Contribute to articles and broader communication on partner websites. </li></ul> <p>Additional activities:</p> <ul> <li>Help track our communication activities and prepare reports and presentations. </li><li>Provide support in administrative and coordination tasks within our EB & Communication projects. </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Student status with being ideally after second year of Bachelor studies (Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Sociology or related), </li><li>Availability minimum 20 hours per week and willingness to work from office </li><li>A genuine interest in writing and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and simply, </li><li>Creativity, a good sense of tone of voice, and a knack for storytelling, </li><li>Interest in communication, HR, marketing, or employer branding, </li><li>Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn, </li><li>Understanding of social media and digital content, </li><li>Strategic mindset: you don't just ask "what should we post?" but also "why?", </li><li>Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written. </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
