<p>The Manager, Partner Development supports a Director, Partner Development on a portfolio of Power 4 schools, while independently managing their own territory of key Division I partners. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of SIDEARM's digital products, and a commitment to driving partner success, adoption, and revenue growth.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the Director in managing Power 4 partnerships, including renewals, reporting, and strategic engagement </li><li>Lead the day-to-day management of an assigned group of Division I partners </li><li>Conduct partner meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance, introduce solutions, and identify growth opportunities </li><li>Understand partner goals and align SIDEARM products and services to meet objectives </li><li>Drive product adoption and upsell opportunities across assigned accounts </li><li>Gather and relay partner feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement </li><li>Set and manage expectations regarding project timelines, deliverables, and capabilities </li><li>Act as the first escalation point for issues within assigned accounts </li><li>Collaborate with Support, Development, Product, and Project Management teams </li><li>Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and best practices documentation </li><li>Perform additional duties as needed to support team and company initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>5+ years of experience in collegiate athletics, digital sports, or related fields </li><li>Strong knowledge of digital technology within college athletics </li><li>Proven success in relationship management and strategic account service </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) </li><li>Ability to travel and represent SIDEARM at partner locations and events </li><li>Adaptability to different partner styles and organizational structures </li></ul> <p>About SIDEARM Sports</p> <p>The team at SIDEARM provides the technology platform that powers the official websites, mobile apps, statistical integration, live audio and video streaming of more than 1,500 collegiate athletic partners across the nation, including 300 NCAA Division I programs, and over 50 of the Power 4 athletic departments.?
