<p>Kitchen Director - Chick-fil-A | Foxborough, MA (Patriot Place)</p> <p>Location: Foxborough, MA</p> <p>Salary: Starting at $70,000 - $95,000 per year (determined by experience)</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time, Exempt</p> <p>Lead one of New England's busiest Chick-fil-A kitchens at Patriot Place!</p> <p>We're looking for a driven, people-first Kitchen Director to oversee all back-of-house operations, deliver consistently excellent food, and develop a high-performing kitchen team. This is a senior leadership role focused on food safety, quality, speed, and team development in one of the busiest Chick-fil-A restaurants in New England.</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>Chick-fil-A at Patriot Place is projected to be high-volume, fast-paced restaurant serving thousands of guests daily near Gillette Stadium. We believe in servant leadership, excellence in every detail, and creating a workplace where team members feel cared for and inspired.</p> <p>What You'll Do (Back-of-House Leadership)</p> <ul> <li>food safety, product quality, speed, and cleanliness </li><li>Food Safety = Elite rating </li><li>Speed of Service = 3 minutes </li><li>Accuracy & Hold Time = 95% </li><li>Kitchen Hero Products (Sandwich, Nuggets, Fries) = 80% guest satisfaction </li><li>Food Cost gap = 0.5% </li><li>Recruit, train, and develop back of house team members and leaders; build a strong leadership pipeline </li><li>Maximize throughput and capacity while minimizing food and labor waste (LEAN kitchen model) </li><li>Oversee prep production, inventory management, and truck orders to control costs and reduce waste </li><li>Partner with the Catering Coordinator to ensure efficient execution of large catering orders </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment through daily brand checklists and deep-cleaning systems </li><li>Support food safety audits, equipment checks, and Chick-fil-A standards compliance </li><li>Lead structured kitchen leadership meetings and coach team leaders through one-on-ones </li><li>Track and analyze kitchen KPIs (food cost, waste, hold times, speed of service, CEM scores) and implement action plans for improvement </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of leadership experience with Chick-fil-A </li><li>Proven success leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li>Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken) </li><li>Servant leadership mindset with the ability to coach and inspire others </li><li>Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and event days </li><li>Travel to Chick-fil-A headquarters in Atlanta may be required for training </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>5+ years Chick-fil-A experience preffered </li><li>Background managing high volume Chick-fil-A kitchen </li></ul> <p>Perks & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off & holidays </li><li>Free meals while working </li><li>Leadership development and long-term growth opportunities </li><li>Sundays Off! </li></ul> <p>Apply today and help us create a back-of-house culture where excellence, teamwork, and care come first - at Chick-fil-A Patriot Place!</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
