The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing resident care, supervising floor operations, and supporting hiring and HR functions. This role requires strong accountability and leadership skills to ensure the highest quality of care and smooth daily operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and assist floor staff and daily operations during assigned shifts. </li><li>Assist with hiring processes and collaborate with HR to maintain staffing needs. </li><li>Maintain accountability for staff performance and resident satisfaction. </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and staff during shifts. </li><li>Participate in on-call rotation to provide support as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in resident care and floor supervision. </li><li>Knowledge of hiring and HR processes. </li><li>Strong leadership and accountability skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM </li><li>Work Days: 5 days per week </li><li>Every third weekend required </li><li>On-call responsibilities included </li></ul> <p>```</p>
