<p>Genesis Automotive Sales Manager</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>A growing luxury dealership group is seeking an experienced Genesis Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience aligned with Genesis brand standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to exceed targets </li><li>Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and closing transactions </li><li>Deliver a luxury customer experience consistent with Genesis expectations </li><li>Track KPIs such as volume, gross profit, and conversion rates </li><li>Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent </li><li>Collaborate with Finance (F&I) and service departments for seamless transactions </li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and market trends </li><li>Implement strategies to increase dealership sales and profitability </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of automotive sales experience </li><li>Prior sales manager experience (luxury brand preferred: BMW, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.) </li><li>Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals </li><li>Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills </li><li>Excellent communication and closing ability </li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and digital retail tools </li></ul> <p>Preferred Traits</p> <ul> <li>High energy, competitive mindset </li><li>Strong business acumen </li><li>Customer-first attitude (luxury/hospitality mindset) </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</p>
