This role includes developing customer relationships, qualifying buyers, and closing sales transactions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet customers on the sales floor and identify their vehicle preferences. </li><li>Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in showroom or on the road. </li><li>Recommend optional equipment and upgrades to customers. </li><li>Research availability of vehicle models and options. </li><li>Consult with Sales Manager to finalize sales pricing, financing options, and trade-ins. </li><li>Prepare necessary paperwork including sales slips and credit applications. </li><li>Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operation, warranty, and documentation. </li><li>Maintain and develop a prospect database for potential buyers. </li><li>Stay informed about new product features, accessories, and inventory updates. </li><li>Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required. </li><li>Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. </li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and forecasts. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. </li><li>Occasionally required to handle or reach for objects, and perform movements such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. </li><li>Regularly standing, talking, hearing, walking, and sitting are needed for this position. </li><li>Potential exposure to exhaust fumes and airborne particles. </li><li>Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. </li><li>Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. </li></ul> <p>About Next Mile Hub</p> <p>Next Mile Hub is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where employees can thrive.
