Perform these duties using independent judgment and initiative </li><li>Must project an image of professionalism in conduct, appearance, communication and team work. Participates in the continuous quality improvement process of the department. </li><li>Participates in hospital wide compliance assessments </li><li>Will be required to take call and rotate to both MRI sites </li><li>Performs other related duties as required </li></ul> <p>Organizational Requirements:</p> <p>Maintain strict adherence to the Beverly Hospital confidentiality policy.</p> <p>Incorporate Beverly Hospital Standards of Behavior and Guiding Principles into daily activities.</p> <p>Comply with all Beverly Hospital Policies.</p> <p>Comply with behavioral expectations of the department and Beverly Hospital.</p> <p>Maintain courteous and effective interactions with colleagues and patients.</p> <p>Demonstrate an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment.</p> <p>Demonstrate a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.</p> <p>Participate in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.</p> <p>Participate in and successfully completes Mandatory Education.</p> <p>Perform all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.</p> <p>Is accountable for identifying, actively contributing to, and implementing best practices and improvements including practicing proper hand hygiene</p> <p>Is accountable for cleaning equipment and rooms per Hospital, Radiology and regulatory policies and procedures</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: Must be a graduate of an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology. Upholds standards set by the ARRT regarding diagnostic procedures and professional ethics.</p> <p>Licensure, Certification & Registration:</p> <p>American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or</p> <p>Bachelor of Science Degree in Advanced Level Certification in MRI</p> <p>Basic Life Support (BLS)</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Experience in MRI setting preferred</p> <p>Must have excellent communication skills</p> <p>Must maintain a professional manner and appearance</p> <p>Must be able to work independently as well as in a team</p> <p>Must be self-motivated and have ability to work in a healthcare setting</p> <p>Must have basic computer skills</p> <p>Must have basic skills and knowledge necessary to perform venip</p> <p>As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
