This position will work between the 3 sites in the Vail Valley; Avon, Gypsum, and the Avon School Based Clinic.</p> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>5+ years of Medical/Nursing Home/Home Care experience preferred </li><li>5+ years of Electronic Health Records Experience preferred </li><li>Spanish speaking required. </li><li>Completion of an accredited course in medical assisting (Certified Medical Assistant) is preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Salary: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour; DOQ; which includes $3.61 of geographical incentive pay for high cost of living area.</p> <p>Eligible for $1,500 Sign-On Bonus; 50% paid at hire, 25% paid out after 6-months and 25% paid out after 1 year.</p> <p>Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 7 Paid Holidays, 124 PTO hours within the first year, Access to Employee Assistance Program, Worksite Wellness Program and much more.</p> <p>Application Close Date: Until Filled</p>
