We strive to help achieve personal career goals by providing opportunities of growth and movement throughout the company.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Lindon Fulfillment Center Material Handler is responsible for performing assigned work at the doTERRA Fulfillment Center which includes, but is not limited to: Staging product, checking in product, counting product for orders, working on the Production lines, and also working in other areas of the warehouse as needed. This position performs tasks which help to ensure high-quality finished products for the end consumer and also helps to maintain a clean and safe work environment.</p> <p>Shift requirement - 6 am - 2:30 pm</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Staging and restocking product on the production lines to keep them running</p> </li><li> <p>Check in orders for builds which includes reading and understanding the paperwork</p> </li><li> <p>Correctly count product for the lines and for returns</p> </li><li> <p>Work in an assembly area constructing various kits</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a safe, clean warehouse environment</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in project improvement groups</p> </li><li> <p>Work in unison with other team members at an established pace, resolve conflicts in a respectful manner</p> </li><li> <p>Move cartons of material using safe lifting techniques</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for improvement, present ideas, and make recommendations to further business goals as outlined by leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Be always an ambassador of the doTERRA culture</p> </li><li> <p>Work in other areas of the Fulfillment Center as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED required</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer/technology literacy to perform essential job functions</p> </li><li> <p>Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel/management</p> </li><li> <p>Must be a team player by maintaining a positive attitude, accepting direction from others, encouraging success, and helping other members of the team</p> </li><li> <p>Have the ability to drive a forklift (this can be learned)</p> </li><li> <p>Basic math skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for at least 8 hours</p> </li><li> <p>Must have basic computer skills including email, excel, word, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for safety and other purposes</p> </li></ul> <p>doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
