This role leads the execution, management and promotion of one or more programs with increasing scope, magnitude, and complexity. Responsible for identifying trends and making recommendations for program enhancements. This role is accountable for managing relationships with vendors which may include contract review, consultation, and contractor oversight. Develops polices consistent with processes and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This level will be responsible for contributing to or leading special projects. Project work could also involve data and reporting, creating training or communications related to the program(s). Works independently with limited supervision.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Monitor, assess, evaluate, and report metrics on the performance of the program. </li><li>Recommend improvements, updates, and changes to content, design, and facilitation of programs. </li><li>Partner with senior Program Manager and Leadership to design, implement and assess improvements. </li><li>Partner with Senior Program Managers and leadership within the division to coordinate management of programs and projects, directed toward the achievement of common objective. </li><li>Manages cost, schedule, resources and other components of a project and operations to ensure successful delivery of the program </li><li>Support and lead the planning and implementation of program events as applicable. </li><li>May lead or partner to lead the facilitation, design, and development of a program with and guidance of the Program Manager III and/or Sr Manager of program. </li><li>Responsible for stakeholder management both internal and external to CHOP </li><li>Monitor, assess, evaluate, and report metrics on the performance of the program. </li></ul> <p>Education Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma / GED - Required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree - Preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>At least five (5) years Relevant work experience -Required </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Ability to handle a portfolio of multiple projects with aggressive timelines. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Model a flexible approach to achieving outcomes (Required proficiency) </li><li>Excellent relationship builder with highly collaborative, inclusive approach. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills - who can be influential with both internal and external stakeholders. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Communicates with contacts typically within the department with matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Experience managing external vendors / vendor relationships. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Excellent relationship builder with highly collaborative, inclusive approach.
