Oversee the execution of services related to the operation and maintenance of propulsion systems.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provides direction & leadership for propulsion fleet management activities including financial implications and special projects/initiatives. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Airline/Aviation Management, Engineering ,Finance, or other Quantitative Discipline/Equivalent required.</p> <p>A&P license required.</p> <p>Minimum Experience</p> <p>Seven (7) Years' Experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Operational Analysis. Experience in Using & Applying Programs/Project Control Techniques.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <p>Working Knowledge in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit or Operational Analysis.</p> <p>Intermediate Knowledge of Personal Computer Applications (E.G.
