Come join the DMVA team!</p> <p>DESCRIPTION OF WORK</p> <p>In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing buildings, grounds, machinery, and equipment. Your work will involve multiple trades, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry. Key duties include performing rough and finish carpentry, painting interior and exterior surfaces, and installing or repairing fixtures such as sinks and faucets. You will also install and replace electrical panels, circuits, and lighting, as well as service heating and air conditioning systems. Additional tasks include snow removal and concrete or masonry repairs. Regular use and maintenance of both manual and power tools will be required.</p> <p>Interested in learning more?
