In this role, you will be part of a small and growing team of manufacturing staff, working to meet supply requirements while meeting our high-quality standards</p> <p>You'll thrive here if you:</p> <p>Like being part of a team of production experts in a GMP manufacturing Clean Environment Room (CER).</p> <p>Check and maintain cleanliness and conditions within the CER; follow all CER protocols and cleaning procedures; and adhere to good GMP and GDP.</p> <p>Read, understand, and follow documented manufacturing instructions and workflows with attention to detail, precision, and care while collecting necessary product and quality data.</p> <p>Maintain workflow at a set cadence to ensure that daily output goals are achieved.</p> <p>Expertise with precision assembly, demonstrated attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude that includes use of small hand tools.</p> <p>Capable of operating semi-automated and automated machinery.</p> <p>Maintain and complete manufacturing records physically and/or electronically.</p> <p>Adhere to the existing programs and processes to deliver products that consistently meet specifications and quality requirements.</p> <p>Capable of executing regular maintenance checks and regular cleaning of machinery in addition to cleaning and preparing the CER before each shift.</p> <p>Participate in training and process improvement (kaizen) activities.</p> <p>Ensure consistent record-keeping in the Quality Management System (QMS), product lifecycle management (PLM) software, and enterprise resource planning(ERP) system.</p> <p>Adhere to best safety practices and documented procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including the use of PPE.</p> <p>What You Bring</p> <p>2+ Years related experience; Previous experience working in a CER preferred.</p> <p>High school graduate or equivalent. Technical training or an associate's degree preferred.</p> <p>High attention to detail.</p> <p>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other team members.</p> <p>Flexible in changing work activities.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Good hand dexterity, able to perform precise tasks using tools such as tweezers or other hand tools.</p> <p>Able to work in CER.</p> <p>This is a non-exempt, hourly position.</p> <p>$23.08 - $27.07 an hour</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Alveo Technologies.
