The Quality Coordinator is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and delivering draft Standardized Work Plans to Renewable Energy reviewers.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Initiate the approval process for renewable energy Standardized Work Plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with various reviewers and approvers.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and communicate requirements to relevant groups, providing insights into the Standardized Work Plans. These groups include:</p> </li><li> <p>Safety</p> </li><li> <p>Quality</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Operations</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate deliverables from the above groups, compiling them into a final draft version for submission to the Renewable Energy Document Services (REDS).</p> </li><li> <p>Track Standardized Work Plan usage, monitor changes implemented in Site-Specific Work Plans, and report findings.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, or associate degree with two years of relevant on-the-job experience. </li><li>Demonstrates excellent work ethic and an "ALL-IN" mentality. </li><li>Possesses strong communication skills. </li><li>Understands the complete construction cycle of a renewable energy project. </li><li>Exhibits outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities. </li><li>Applies strong organizational skills. </li><li>Manages multiple tasks and prioritizes workload in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Works and collaborates effectively within a team setting. </li><li>Adapts to different project teams, personalities, and project demands. </li></ul> <p>McCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.</p>
