We are hiring?English Language Teachers?to provide in-person customized lessons to our clients in Cedar Falls, IA.</p> <p>Job Information:</p> <ul> <li>Ref 185639/185640/185641 </li></ul> <p>Mother and two children (ages 9 and 13): taking face-to-face, back-to-back lessons</p> <ul> <li> <p>Availability: Monday to Friday, starting around 4:30 pm</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred start date: August 1, 2025</p> </li><li> <p>Lesson Frequency: twice per week</p> </li><li> <p>Lesson Duration: 60 minutes per learner</p> </li><li> <p>Student's location: Cedar Falls, Iowa, USA (near Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry - 4501 Prairie Pkwy)</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred platform: in-person</p> </li><li> <p>Current target language level: Intermediate (mother), Beginner and Advanced (children)</p> </li><li> <p>Native and other spoken languages: Marathi, Hindi</p> </li><li> <p>Student's language needs and goals:</p> </li><li> <p>Thrive in a new culture (mother)</p> </li><li> <p>Learn reading, writing, and speaking skills (beginner-level child)</p> </li><li> <p>Improve and succeed in school (advanced-level child)</p> </li><li> <p>Additional Information: Structured lessons with conversation practice</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons</p> </li><li> <p>Developing curricula based on learners' proficiency level and desired outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring students' progress and guiding learners toward learning goals</p> </li><li> <p>Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language</p> </li><li> <p>Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of two years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience teaching children is desired</p> </li></ul>
