You will help to create strong pipelines for a variety of roles with a focus on technical (Software and Hardware). You will also be the face of the office and help coordinate on-site interviews to create a positive candidate experience.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with recruiting team to source and hire high-quality candidates for roles across a diverse array of organizational requirements </li><li>Help to manage inbound candidates, messaging and relationship building </li><li>Be a creative and innovative sourcer who can identify passive candidates and maintain strong pipeline </li><li>Greet candidates and keep on-site interviews on schedule </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience sourcing roles in various departments for a startup (ideally heavily commercial focused) </li><li>Proven track record of building pipeline in a fast-paced, high growth environment </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must </li><li>LinkedIn Recruiter experience required </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points For:</p> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting candidates in the Public Safety sector </li><li>Experience recruiting for Quality/Regulatory roles or in the medical device industry </li><li>Willingness to think outside the box, adapt to adversity </li><li>Experience with Lever a plus </li><li>Ability to navigate and source through GitHub </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity</p> <p>It is the policy of the company to provide equal employment opportunity to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
