We are searching for individuals who are compassionate, serve with a purpose, are dedicated to supporting their team, and who seek excellence every day.</p> <p>Location: Ball Memorial in Muncie, IN.</p> <p>Shift: PRN position with consistent 10-20 hours per week expected and potential opportunities for additional hours or moving into a full time/part time role if interested.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <p>This location is a multi-discipline specialty center?that offers PT, OT, and SLP services.??Aquatic therapy,?pelvic floor rehabilitation, lymphedema, neuro rehabilitation, orthopedics, and vestibular rehabilitation are among the services offered here.??There is a large team of therapists in this facility with?many opportunities?to learn from colleagues.</p> <p>Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels. Provides all components of direct patient care including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel and students. If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. </li><li>Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. </li><li>Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. </li></ul>
